1. Services Provided

Santa Cruz Auto Upholstery provides professional auto upholstery services including, but not limited to, seat repair, custom interiors, upholstery restoration, headliner replacement, carpet replacement, marine upholstery, motorcycle seats, and related interior services. All services are subject to inspection, approval, and material availability.

2. Estimates & Quotes

  • All estimates and quotes are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
  • Pricing may change based on vehicle condition, labor requirements, material availability, or additional customer requests discovered during the project.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed prior to work beginning whenever possible.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.
  • Vehicles may not be released until payment is received in full.

4. Customer-Supplied Materials

If a customer provides their own materials, Santa Cruz Auto Upholstery is not responsible for defects, durability issues, color fading, shrinkage, or failure related to those materials. No warranty is provided on customer-supplied materials.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • All vehicles are accepted as-is.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, electrical issues, hidden defects, or manufacturer defects.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by age, sun exposure, prior repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to service.
  • While our shop is insured and secured, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, design changes, weather conditions, or unforeseen repair needs.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated promptly. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

8. Warranty

Santa Cruz Auto Upholstery warrants its workmanship only. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, improper care, environmental damage, or normal wear and tear. Materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, if applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Santa Cruz Auto Upholstery unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Website Use & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website; however, content may change without notice. No guarantees are made regarding completeness or accuracy.
